One Year Ago

It is hard to believe that one year ago, Sami came home from Korea. Her Gotcha Day was October 10, 2009.

Here is a brief update on from the last few months:

We finalized Sami's adoption on September 14, 2009...Yeah

She has been healthy all year until last week when she got a cold and had some respiratory issues. She is fine thanks to increased medications and prayer.

She had her teeth worked on today. She had little if any enamel on many of her teeth. Her top front two teeth were the worst and they had chipped out of the middle. These two teeth received root canals and crowns. Another molar received a crown and a few more cavities were filled. She had to have an IV sedation as you might imagine. She did very well and we are thankful for answered prayers.

We had pictures taken of her a few weeks ago. I will try to get some scanned in to post later.

Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers for our family over the last couple of years. We appreciate them very much!!
