Our application part 2 is all ready to be approved except for one document. The guardianship affidavit with reference letter has not made it to Dillon Int. yet. It was mailed on April 12, it should be there by now. Hopefully they find or receive it today. If it is not there by tomorrow the stuff will have to be re-sent. This is a small delay, but it is very minor one. We know everything is in God's hand and timing.

As soon as app 2 is approved we have to come up with the first $$ chunk. It will be $4600 and we are asking you to pray with us that God will provide...as He always does. It is just hard to be patient and wait when it seems that He is not answering.

We will need approx $9500 to complete the first part of the process before can apply for grants. We have to have a completed and approved homestudy before any granting organizations allow us to apply. This is very standard practice as anyone who has adopted before knows.

We are believing God and we are confident that He will faithfully provide as He always has. Those are easy words to say, but less easy to keep reminding ourselves on a daily basis.
